Pre-market inspection of property condition may be completed by the realtor or a licensed home inspector, depending on need.
Marketing the Property
Marketing package includes: Professional Photos/Video, Local MLS, Social Media (including paid targeting), Google Ads, Print (Ft. Wayne has two independent newspapers), Direct Mail, and Open Houses. We also have a network of other real estate professionals, both locally and across the U.S.
